Sessions are styled as lessons so that you can learn to apply the Technique yourself. These are one-to-one, tailored to your individual needs.

Each session is 45 minutes. Times are available from Monday to Friday.

Join our Saturday group sessions, designed for experienced pupils who enjoy practicing in community.
Directions
From Main Rd: turn up Ashstead Rd (at Mario’s restaurant) – this road is broken in three sections – at the end of the last section of Ashstead Rd, left into Leinster Rd.

From High Level Road: turn down Cavalcade Rd (at Reddam School), first left into York Rd, first right into Leinster Rd.
